Please join Robert R. Recker, M.D., director of the Creighton University Osteoporosis Research Center for a free seminar to learn what you can do to prevent and treat osteoporosis. Dr. Recker is one of the world’s foremost experts on osteoporosis has been working in the field for more than 30 years.

This event is free and no preregistration is required. Individuals attending may be eligible for an appointment to have a free bone-density screening. These screenings are critical to the prevention and early detection of osteoporosis, a crippling bone disease that strikes both men and women; postmenopausal women are at particular risk.

To be eligible for the free screenings, individuals must be at least 19 years old, have not received a bone density scan from the Creighton University Osteoporosis Research Center within the past two years, and weigh less than 300 pounds.
