Every day is a gift. Every moment is a treasure. Every accomplishment is to be celebrated.

Several years ago, our life veered off on a much different path than we expected.  It has been and continues to be quite a journey.

Autism currently impacts 1 in 110 children– with every one of them a unique spirit.  Both of our sons have an autism spectrum disorder and while they are very much brothers they also have very different strengths and needs.

Autism brings with it many challenges and both boys have had to put forth an incredible amount of effort just to accomplish what most of us take for granted.  Without a doubt, every day is a journey.  Sometimes we are the teachers but most of the time we find ourselves as the students while our sons teach us what is truly important in this life.

Every day is a gift. Every moment is a treasure . Every accomplishment is to be celebrated.

The Neff family will be participating in the Autism Society of Nebraska’s Autism Puzzle Walk again this year.  The event is being held on May 1st in Omaha.   We would love your support!

There are many ways you can support this great cause.

1. Help us by making a donation to the Super Neff  fundraising page  www.firstgiving.com/superneff

2. Register and walk with us!  www.firstgiving.com/asn

3. Can’t walk but want to help fundraise for the cause? Sign up as a Virtual Walker and create a fundraising page of your own.  Then help us spread the word!  There is no registration fee for virtual walkers and if you raise at least $25 you’ll receive a Walk T shirt!  Go to www.firstgiving.com/asn.  Click to register for the event and then select to be a virtual walker.

Please know that we wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important and any contribution is hugely appreciated.  $5 or $50.  It all matters!   It is all appreciated!   It all goes to a tremendously important cause!

Thank you,

Casey and Shawn
